Publications: Fact Sheets: Small Lot Residential Development

The Small Lot Residential Development Fact Sheets are individual documents that present local examples of housing constructed on lots approximately twice the size of typical single-family house lots. The examples illustrate development possibilities that range from two to thirteen units. Each is presented with ground and aerial photographs, as well as a location map. Descriptions of the housing, the unique and typical features, and basic data about the site development provide more detailed information about each example.
