Publications: Urban Design Maps

A handbook written specifically for architecture and landscape architecture students exploring the urban landscape, but useful for others, too. Urban Design Maps lists places to find maps—most of them specific to the Twin Cities metropolitan area and Minnesota—as well as strategizes for analyzing maps to understand urban places. The second part of the handbook describes, in text and image, strategies for representing analyses and concepts of the urban landscape, as well as design proposals.
